Spanish driver sues dead crash cyclist for damage  |

|  This inconsiderate guy is suing the family of a dead cyclist that hit his luxury car during an accident!
> Businessman Tomas Delgado says 17-year-old Enaitz Iriondo caused $20,500 of damage to his Audi A8 in the fatal 2004 crash in La Rioja region, the El Pais newspaper reported.
> Delgado, who has faced no criminal charges for the incident, wants a further 6,000 euros to cover the cost of hiring another vehicle while his car was being repaired, El Pais said.
This guy really makes me want to vomit and I hope that he would crash and paralyzed in his car and then he would know how to be nice to people.

| |  I think that is disgusting. How dare he go after a grieving family for money? I mean really! I'm sure if he can afford the car he drives, and he can afford to hire a lawyer, than he can certainly deal with fixing his own dang car!!! Some people are so greedy it is disgusting.

| |  Feels like this guy is a real sick piece of sh*t. first the family's son dies because of an accident, then he has the guts to sue them because of damage done to his car. How can his damn car be that important, the entire thing just blows my mind. Id not want him to crash and get paralyzed, id rather hope someone steals his car and runs over him with it accidentally.
