Are you a Ebay seller or other "keyword" seller?

I read the ebay ads at the top of MyLot as I start to type and also while I am waiting for something to go through. Often what the picture shows is not what the "title" says or is just generally related. And I find myself saying "oh, is that what that is?" or "why would they call it that, why not just say...." But it just ocured to me... the seller is making use of keywords in a, to me, unusual way. Granted you might type in a search for what you want and get an ad that isn't what you want, but they got you to look! That is what keywords are all about - getting people to look at your ad. Keywords don't care if you buy or not, they just want to get you there so that others will use them too! Throw in the millons of ways people in this world "talk", and I guess you'd be surprised at how many words can be used to find the same item. I was. Selling has taken on a whole new plan of attack! Keywords - they will get you there, but you still get to choose what you want to buy! INteresting. Any thoughts?
