| |  I don't think that Ricky Ponting should be replace with someone as captain of australia team. Under his leadership australia become more and more stronger and having the No.1 position in cricket world for the last few years. There is no up and down with australia team...His supevision and guidance to other player in the team is excellent...I think he should continue as a skipper for the next few years..still he is as younger as sachin..I don't think that Australian Cricket board(ACB) make any decision for his replacement right now.
