Thanks for your comments.Its was nice to hear your opinion.
Its been never been any second thought about the Australian cricket team performance.They are definetely the best team now in both forms of cricket.There is no doubt about that...And teams playing them really need to pick their game up to compete with the team.And losing to Australia ..is a part of the learning curve,of course.
However the behaviour of certain sections of the crowd and some of the players in the current Australian team is really worse..I mean how can they (the crowd) physically charge at a visiting team player(Muttiah Muralitharan,who I should say is a thorough Gentleman) This shows the Aussie people in a very poor light I must say.
And the crowd in sub continent ..I can say are just reacting to these episodes...How can you expect a Aussie team to be treated properly if they can treat the visitors properly?

We could go on forever about who started the bad behavior and never get anywhere.

The point I was trying to make is that Australian sport fans are no more uncivilized than any other nations.

Some will always make the wrong choices and bring everyone else down, this is not just limited to Australians. I think you were being very unfairly harsh.

It is not just Australians that need to change their attitude and pointing the finger is never going to help anyone.

Let me share with you that I have tremendous respect for Australia...They play really high grade sport stuff almost in every sport they play.And I should say the way they treat Sachin Tendulkar and VVS Laxman is awesome.

But you know some of these incidents ..that too consistently against the same people are really upsetting...May be its some group of people doing it..however unfortunately these things are going on forever.There must be some ending to these of course..Iam really sorry for Harbhajan and Murali.

Yes I too feel for those who are continually getting attacked in one way or another. There is no need for it and it is not what sport is about. Some people are just so narrow minded, maybe it stems from some underlying fear.

Please be assured though that not all Australians are like that!

I am also glad that we were able to met and discuss this. Fingers crossed that Friday gives us a good game to watch!

Great idea, it is such a shame that today was a washout as well. Not really turning out to be a great series really is it?

The worst part is that most of Australia is in a drought so everyone keeps carrying on about how great the rain is (which it is I must admit) but does it have to keep raining at the cricket???

Yea..the series started with the blessing of the rain god ..so hopefully it will go on well..I guess the other matches are out of Brisbane..Hopefully we can have some great stuff coming up in the Huge..and colorful Aussie grounds....

You know ..Melbornue is one of my Fav. stadiums..I would like to six hit on this ground...hahaha

The MCG is a great ground. I have seen a few games there in person and the atmosphere is just amazing. Especially since I am from a small country town. The crowd at the MCG is nearly half the size of where I live!

Uhmmm no, sorry. It is about 4000km away at the moment. It was so long ago now that I was there I don't think I can even remember who Aust played! It was so exciting though!

Dont worry ..I hope you have the Television You can just enjoy the game with a coke and popcorn and comfort of home...It may not really simulate the atmosphere of the stadium..However you have the leisure and of course colourful ads..in between.
