| Murders and Judges Hand and hand throught the eye of the legal system...  | | | |  I love catchy top phrases. My question to the mylot communtiy since there has been so many murders lately that people have been posting about is drumroll please..... Do you think murder trials should be held before a panel of 5 judges composed of 5 lawyers who know the law? If so, why? If not, why?

| |  I do think that when people go to trial for a murder that they may or may not have committed that it should be infront of five judges and five lawyers....because I have actually heard before that before a verdict could be reached that all of the jurers(not sure if thats the way that is spelled I didn't get alot of sleep last night and got up way too early this morning)had to all say the same thing either guilty or not guilty. And maybe more innocent people would get off and maybe more murders would get alot of prison time!

| | I do see your point but the jurrors are also given the facts and have to base their decision on the code of the law yes lawyers and judges know the law but the jurrors do get the law explained to them .. Cyn, on the response below has made a very valid statement I have never seen two judges agree to the same thing. I don't know why but they tend to but heads alot when put together to get something done. | | yes five judges and five lawyers and no I haven't lost my marbles yet I wish I had but nope they are still there .. Not gone enough for the insanity plea that I would like to make somedays. LOL!!! I would like some people who have truly broken the law to get convicted. I'm not sure that watching it on pay per view would be fun I think it would be kinda dull. Not sure if they start assulting eachother with stationary supplies and office supplies that might be a bit humorous.LOL!!
Now here's the serious question why would it be a bad idea?
