Hi littlefranciscan! Yes, I did but that was a long time ago. It was really difficult working with that person because she gets irritated easily and it is so hard to explain things to her when she commits an error in her work because she gets angered thinking that she is being insulted. I just try to avoid her as much as I can but good thing, she really did not last working at our department that time. Take care and have a nice day! :)

I never rise to their anger and always speak in a calm voice and ask them why they feel the need to shout and be so aggressive

I have been around people that get angered really easily and I can tell you from personal experience that it is really no fun at all...I would suggest a few things really...if it is not your boss or anything like that(because if it is your boss i think you are out of luck anyways)I would suggest that you talk to your boss about this person who is getting angry easily and see if they might be able to do something about it....and if not that you could try and talk to this person and try and figure out what is wrong and try and help them solve whatever it is!

i stay away from her (in fact, we have one female in the office) and i don't talk to her or go near her unless i need something from her related to work. if there are instances that we talk, it is that she is the first to approach me because of something. if that happens, i try to be civil to her and just talk about office business and nothing more. she is really a problem to everyone and the best thing for people like her is to ignore her.
