do we marry a girl we love or should marry a girl our parents choose for us?

For me, marry a person that we love. But make sure, that person is also has "the requirements" for your parents. parents are so "choosey" about the marriage of their children, they want the children have a nice marriage live. So, when you're dating a girl, you should know if she has the criteria which "possible" your parents will consider it.
