Celebrity Rehab with Dr.Drew

Does anyone else watch this show? I have been watching it since it started and I have to say that its actually a LOT better than I thought it would be...Some of the things that are coming out are just MINDBLOWING...for example the newest episode (from last week) Jeff Conaway talking about the hardcore abuse he suffered when he was a child...I couldnt believe it..I mean I'm all too aware that addicts become addicts for a reason, I have yet to meet one that doesnt have a hellish story to tell from their past, myself included but when you think of celebrity addicts you (or I do at least) more often than not think they are addicts because of the fame, fortune and so on...The history these celebrities are sharing is just heartbreaking...
Do any of you watch the show? What do you think of it? and am I the only one that thinks Daniel Baldwin is a drama queen and full of it?

this show is definately one of the trainwrecks i watch. its so addicting.. some addicts become addicts for a reason and some just use that as an excuse, i think u'll see dr. drew bringing a lot of that to the front. my dad was a crystal addict and now is a rehab counselor and sometimes he will just call bs on someone. no one made you become an addict but you.. and i would like to see a lot more of that on there, shelley is the only one who really puts that out there.. i think cause she was an addict too, she knows the deal.

Yea it was terrible..I mean this girl (I shouldnt say "gir" she was 19 at the time I think) was so SO sweet and we all knew she didnt belong in the business at all and we tried to get her to quit her first week but all found out later on what was goin on for real...When I found out she'd killed herself I was so upset...
Yea I think Chyna is going to come around but then again who knows....and again I agree what you are saying about these reality shows..I dont watch Big Brother but I do watch shows like Bad Girls Club and Real World etc and the celebrity ones like Rock of love and Surreal Life etc...and you're right, those are some hardcore bad scenes and mixes...its like the producers set up these potentially insane situations in the hopes of having a spinoff show that fixes the mess they created in the first damn place...Look at Brigette Nealson..first she was on Surreal Life drinking and carrying on, then her and Flavor Flav had there show..drinking and carrying on...NOW she's in REHAB show!!

Yes! I'm a huge fan of Dr. Drew, and love the new show. I think it gives people a good dose of reality; it's more like a documentary than a "reality" show.
