mine is the cheetah they are quiet a loner apart from when they mate then they will stay together, also they hide and are very hard to find if looking for them--guess in my own way i like my own space and like my own company also i keep myself to myself--though i do go out and socialise but feel that some of my traits are like the cheetahs-apart from one thing i'm not good at exercising let alone running!!

My favourite is the Black Leopard/Panther which is my life Totem Animal...and yes I have many of its traits actually...Panther mums are very geared to their kids and actually dont care for anyone including their mate to get involved with the raising of the kids (very much me)...they are solitary animals (very much me)....they never attack head on but rather wait it out and then go for the throat when the time is right (very much me)..Panthers also are at their best in the quiet and when they balance work and play which is also very much me.....
I dont know if you'd be interested or not but a GREAT book about animal totems is a book called Animal Speak by Ted Andrews....

I have always like elephants, they fascinate me. I hope I don't have their physical trait of being huge lol. I often collect ornaments and pictures of elephants. They are thought to bring good luck, that is one reason I like them. I think they are gentle beasts. They also look cute the way they spray water with their trunks. So do not necessarily think I have some of their traits just like watching them.

elephants are lovely creatures, they are gentle and nurturing they mean no harm to anyone and are very protective over their young-maybe you may have some of their traits-you must be a very gentle kind person yourself and yes the figurines are meant to bring good luck but keep them facing the door cant remember why but that is what the chinese say-littleowl

actually there are a number of wild animals I love.. to name a few are bears, owls, members of the cat family...all of them (lion, tiger, panther, cougar, etc..and yes cheetahs)...but what I consider my totem animal is the wolf...guess part of that has to do with both my Native American and Celtic heritage where the wolf is very predominant in their cultures--as for having traits of a wolf...no idea unless I'm the lone wolf type...Like you, while I don't mind being with people and socializing I'm very much the loner type

I was expecting you to say an owl. Me I think I would be a wolf. I love to run free and tend to be a bit of a lunatic too but am loyal to my friends and family and am very nuturing, just like the she wolf and of course just a bit vampish also LOL Ellie :)
