Work-Family Balance

I've always wanted to be a mom:o) Have my own kids and play with them and learn with them... unfortunately, having them meant spending on them too which meant work. Don't get me wrong... I love to work but I love my family more. Sadly, that kind of balance is a little difficult to achieve. How can I earn enough to buy all our needs and be there enough to know what they need? I'd like to hear your thoughts...
