Device on Knee can Produce Energy

How is that for a renewable source? It uses the natural braking motion of your walk to generate energy plus it helps you burn calories. One minute of walking can charge a cell phone for 10 minutes. It is still a prototype and will likely be used to power artificial limbs first. Sounds like a cool idea to me.

That sounds like something which could be very promising to many people, Aurone. I hope they can get it developed for practical use.

That would be super cool. I walk everywhere I o so I could make a lot of energy...maybe I can even save some money on my power bill!!!LOL
