Oh, but this one is hard because where Tiffany had just two songs, "Could Have Been", is like one of my all time favorite songs of the 80's.
However, Debbie had a numerous amount of great songs....
Eh, I'm sorry, I can't choose! To me, they are both on equal footing...

LOL, when I was in the 6th grade, the very first cd's I ever got that were my very own, were Tiffany and Debbie Gibson. While I liked more of Debbie's songs, I adored the couple from Tiffany, so I'll go with Tiffany. :O)
