I lived in Miami, Florida a few years ago and loved it. I love the sun, the beaches, the best discos, wildest parties, hot models, gorgeous people, latin superstars, fun atmosphere, great music and the world famous Stone Crabs!!!! I miss those stone crabs. It seems that you can only get them fresh in Florida. And when it's in season, you can get them in any restaurant or grocery store. Have you eaten at the world reknown Joe's Stone Crabs in Miami? Have you ever tried Stone Crabs?

Hey there Pete. Yeup, I've eaten a lot of them. I've never had them at Joe's Stone Crabs in Miami. I catch them myself in Vero Beach. If you go to Memorial Island and drop a crab net off of the bridge with a chicken leg tied to it, you will have stone crabs in no time. You just take one claw (they grow it back) and then throw the crab back in the water to catch another day when he has two claws again.

Yeah, I know you only get one claw. But what a delicious claw! Especially if you get one of those dipping sauces from the grocery. I do the same here in Baja, but, I catch lobsters instead of crabs. I've got one of those inflatable dinghies and a bunch of traps in the ocean. Sometimes the local fishermen steal our catch, but, we still net a couple a day. Sometimes, if we get out there early enough before the locals do, we get eight to ten of them suckers. One thing I know for sure, I never have to pay $25 for a lobster in a restaurant again.
