I'm having problems with my fairly new Motorola SLVR L7 (got it in November). It is not letting me switch to my storage device when I try to view sounds. It did in the past but for some reason it just stopped. I just got a slicer program and have been making ring tones for my phone - and I can't get them on the actual phone now (and they have to be saved on the phone before you can use them - not the memory card). I've also had a problem from day one with connecting my phone to my computer to move them over manually. I figured it was a Windows XP problem...so I bought an memory card adapter and reader - solved that problem and works great. So what I'm wondering is if anyone out in mylot land has one of these phones and has ever had either of these problems and if so is it something I can fix without having to take it in to my carrier? I have searched for a program to install on my computer to fix the connection problem but was unsuccessful at finding one. Please someone can you help me???
