do you pay your tax as due or cut tax?

do you freely pay your tax or grugdes when you are to do so, or are you among the group of people that cut the normal amount they are suppose to pay, or amonmg those that don't even pay at all. as for me, i am still a student, but i know that soon, i will be qualified to pay my tax
