Are you a perfectionist? Do you give long hours to keeping your house clean? If you are a homemaker/working person accordingly how much time you consume?Usually I get bored if I spend too much time in cleaning but I want to see that everything is tidy & finally I find that its not upto the mark as want it to be.

Hi comfort, I don't think I'm a perfectionist. I taken only 2-3 hours a day to clean up my house, but I'll spend more time during the weekends. I'll changed all the bedsheets, the curtain, wash my kids school shoes etc...... it took me about half a day to do all this.

Yes Lynnchua, with kids you have to work hard on weekends to clean up things. Thanx for your response.

I work from my home so I have some more time to clean . Basically, I have to tiddy up for about one hour each day . I like to do much night cleaning too.Laundery is done 3 times a week at night too. Once a week my house will get an all over clean and that takes about 2 hours . I am telling you if my fiance wouldnt be such a pig this house would look much better.

I'm not a perfectionist by no means. I clean my house once a week, I mean deep clean, everything gets cleaned, floors, all the laundry. Then the rest of the time is spent on keeping things picked up, and looking tidy. We tend to like to clutter things so I have to work real hard on keeping it all picked up, like papers, mail, stuff..lol. I don't want to spend all my time cleaning, I like to be out enjoying life too.

I am not a perfectionist but I like my home to be clean especially the floor. I don't spend much time cleaning it cos it's being kept clean regularly all the time so no major spring cleaning is needed. Floor is mopped everyday.
