I watched the hearings yesterday to see how Roger Clemens and Bryan McNamee would fair. I want to believe Roger. He lives here and has done a lot of good things here. But... and yet McNamee did not come across as credible either. I still question why Roger was so adament about not taking HGH, but it was ok for his wife. Does this meeting change any thoughts you might have on either Clemens or McNamee?

The REAL question is what business does Congress have in this matter. If these athletes broke Major League Baseball rules, then let that organization punish them. If the athletes violated the law, the Judicial System should procede against them. Congress has enough problems keeping their own affairs in order, wrong group to be sticking their nose in affairs better handled by the proper agencies. As for Roger Clemens, he is still inocent til proven guilty, or is Congress going to do that too? But we as a society, prefer to let these few overstep their bounds, put their nose in inappropiate places.

Thank you! You have gone right to the point and I agree. I wonder how much taxpayers money was wasted on this. This should be baseball's business. We did not see congress in the middle of the Michael Vick mess. Baseball is a business just like any other and should be taken up by the players organization and major league baseball. As for Roger, as you say he is innocent until...

I also would like to believe Roger. The question I have is why in the world would a doctor keep old syringes, bandages and all other types of things like that?

I agree. I wondered about that too. There is virtually no way this "evidence" can be trusted. A little on the strange side if you ask me. Besides can you believe McNamee got his phd on-line?
