What would your suggest to make your nation A BETTER PLACE!?

I agree with the revamping of the political system. I would also make checks on the Media. Not gag them but have a time when elections are ongoing especially when all votes are not yet cast and polls not closed that they cannot call or predict the outcome until 24 hours after all polls close and would eliminate the electorial college and the primaries. Second I would want to see some sort of plan put into place where every able bodied adult has a good paying job. Minimum wage would be set at $12.00 an hour and it would go up according to family size and need. I would make all credit cards against the law. Credit can be had but must be paid off within one year and interest cannot be more than 2% if someone falls onto hard times for health or other problem and they still owe they can find a way to pay the debt in work or trade if they don't have cash. If they have health reasons it has to be written off. All employers who have 10 employers or more must pay health care insurance and some sort of retirement plan. There would be social services but only for the severly disabled, and elderly who are infirm and frail. Stay at home moms would have an income as well after all they are working and work hard long hours. They should not have to get a job and pay someone else to watch thier children if they want to be home and raise their children. I would want a good education system where good qualified teachers are hired not based on looks or age but on true ability and sincereity in the profession. Or parents can hire tutors at a fair and reasonable price to care for the childrens education and part of the pay would be living and room and board for the tutor. Everyone would have medical care on a sliding scale and family size. Everyone would have at least 1 acre of land and must have a vegetable garden and some chickens or ducks for eggs and maybe a milk goat or cow. Neighbors would be required to help neigbors in times of need unless they are physically unable to do so. Okay those are a few things.
