"Naked Cowboy" sues M&Ms maker

Even a candy being sued by human. LOL!
For nearly a decade, Robert Burck has been a fixture in Times Square, where he strums a guitar on a street corner while dressed in his skimpy signature costume.
In a lawsuit filed this week in Manhattan federal court, Burck said that two oversized Times Square billboards that promote M&Ms used his look without compensating him.
Do you think that he really has a case against the blue M&M?

YES, very much so.
This is like stealing INTECTUAL PROPERTY !!
There are laws to protect such things from happening.

but is it so hard to imagine a cowboy without anything on?
I mean in this part of the world, people show skin more and then movies and TV shows. Madonna's song features cowboys too, do you remember?
