"Naked Cowboy" sues M&Ms maker

Even a candy being sued by human. LOL! For nearly a decade, Robert Burck has been a fixture in Times Square, where he strums a guitar on a street corner while dressed in his skimpy signature costume. In a lawsuit filed this week in Manhattan federal court, Burck said that two oversized Times Square billboards that promote M&Ms used his look without compensating him. YES, very much so. This is like stealing INTECTUAL PROPERTY !! There are laws to protect such things from happening.

but is it so hard to imagine a cowboy without anything on? I mean in this part of the world, people show skin more and then movies and TV shows. Madonna's song features cowboys too, do you remember?
