In my younger years big houses sae the in thing. There are houses with 3 to 5 rooms and some are with 8 to 10 or more rooms. Nowadays, when condo units became a fad, the units gets smaller and smaller. The cost is one reason and the area to develop keeps on scarce. Is it the same thing in your area.
