About Paypal  

Yeah, and the only reason I can see Paypal banning someone is for those promoting the fraud sites with the full idea that they know they're a fraud site. I'm still apart of many PTC programs that actually do pay me and I have yet to have my account frozen. I agree whole-heartedly with you. I think people are misconstruing the thought that since Paypal is finally stepping in when it comes to PTC's and GPT's that means they're blocking every single one. They aren't going after the legit ones, they're going after the unlegit fraud ones. I don't see how Paypal could legally do that to legit businesses that pay their members. It's like you going to a legit business, working there, getting a paycheck, depositing it in whatever the bank and the bank freezing your account under the suspicion that the business you're working for is bull. I will side with this guy though on his viewpoint & leave it as a possibility because I don't know for sure, but my thoughts on this are that Paypal has been around wayyy too long for anything such as this to be true. There is no way paypal would freeze accounts for people earning money through legit businesses. It may seem shifty yes, but as long as it's not illegal/fraudulent there isn't any reason paypal should be freezing accounts, and that includes legit PTC owners.
