My boyfriend and I were cleaning out the basement of his parents home and found a serving platter that had the backstamp CROOKSVILLE C.co. It is white with two faded blue borders and what appears to be a painting of a bluebird.. He wanted to throw it out. I don't think it has much value but I found it interesting. The platter has cracks under the glaze. Was this done on purpose or is this something that comes with age. I do not know much about china. Can some one briefly tell me about this company and if this particular platter has a name. Thanks Lenore
