All the natural vegetable and other pulses and other things have their own taste. But we prepare them using spices and condiments and salt and sugar to make it more tastier. But in the process we lose the natural vitamins and flavour and intake harmful objects (almost all the condiments and spices are adultered).
I personaly tried to get rid of all the other taste giving agents for some time. And I suceed. Now a days I eat only vegetables and other eatables without salt or spices. I am beginning to know the exact taste and am liking it. Can this be a turning point in my life?

You are a very health conscious, principled and really enduring person. I know the dangers of salt and spices-especially salt, but I tell you, food without spices or salt would probably send me dying of hunger-it would completely change my concept of food altogether! Right now, I know am harming myself by taking too much salt, the problem is, I can swear to reduce salt now, but in the next meal, you will hear me crying for more salt! Please keep that spirit, you will stay very healthy!
