Would you buy it once it's done? Are there any e-cookbooks out there? I know there are tons of ebooks out there, but I'm not sure about cookbooks. What do you think.

Why not produce an E cook book. Is it general or are you going to specialise in one area: cakes or meat for example.

It's going to be a general book, covering a lot of things.

Thank you. Are you writing this book because you to cook and have loads of recipes that you want to share? May I suggest that you go somewhere like Lulu.com and see what they have to offer under cooking. Books there are usually available to download as well as purchase hard copy. Although people give them a hard time, I've always found them to be OK. Don't let other people's skepticism put you off. If you do decide to go ahead then I offer you all the best of luck. You might be the next (female) Gordon Ramsey!

Thank you for the BR. Did you write and publish your cookbook?

THere are a lot of ecook books out there. I probably wouldn't buy it because I do searches if I need a recipe. I am sure you will be able to sell it. But you will probably need a niche. Something like "Good Fixins with Day Old Roadkill". LOL
