Migraine Problem  

My sister has been using a lot of homeopathic remedies lately. This is what she suggests for migraines, as she used to get them really often, and hasn't had a headache last longer than twenty minutes since she started using this:

"It's a homeopathic medicine called Bryonia Alba, 30c. It says on the bottle that it is for dry cough/arthritis. But trust me, it works.

You should not eat or drink anything fifteen minutes before she takes it or fifteen minutes after. Just put four or five pellets under your tongue and allow them to dissolve. The process can be repeated every half hour, up to five times.

It can be purchased in health food stores, not GNC."

Sleep well and don give urself too much tension..this is the way better than u eat any medicine...

take medicines prescrbied dont go with those herbs, go to ur doctor

i have migrain disease, i take seroquel, migrainol, and imitrex. i see a nerouligist every 2 months because i have vessle clusters, i was also told by my doc to eat alot of bannas and drink orange juice, i do and it does help. i find that being in a darkend room with light music can help calm, but its all about mind power to, you have to beleave that what ever your doing is working :-)

I have suffered from Migraines since I was about 10 years old. I have tried SO many different types of medicine. What I am using now works great. I take Toprol, which is a blood pressure medicine. It keeps your veins in your head from contracting which causes your migraine. And if for some reason I still get a migraine (which does happen) then I take Maxalt-mlt. These work great!!!
