I am back.  | |  Hope everyone is doing good. I have been dealing with depression, and have just been staying to myself for the most part. I hope everyone is doing good, and I look forward to getting back into the groove of things.

I know it's difficult to be in that situation and sometimes the best thing to do is just spend some time with yourself especially on the beach and collect shells. I had been in the situation before and I had to get away from the place and people I work with. After two days in the beach playing with my friend's son I felt refreshed and and reborn ready to face any challenges again.

Maybe because we don't live in the water that's why it's got a mysterious, fanciful effect on us which is sometimes mystifying. We always find strange feeling when we're near the water. | |
