MOney found

The largest amount i've found is $10.. And whenever i found money, i will just spend it.. Unless i found more than $50, maybe i will wait there for the person to come.. But just wait for awhile.. hehe^_^ IF it's hundreds and above, i will report to police or even wait there for the person to come back^_^

Think my fren 1st time picking up money, and thus she's so anxious about doing some charity works by donating it.. LOL^_^
YUP, if it's hundreds and above, i will wait there a while b4 i report to the police.. If it's less than hundred or so, i will also wait, but only awhile b4 i go spending the money.. LOL^_^
It's only polite and correct to return the money to the person if u see them drop it^_^ hehe

reminds me of several cases here in our country involving taxi drivers returning to the owner or giving to the police huge money they found on their cabs left by their passengers. ever since the first incident, its like honest taxi drivers became the fad and after that, a lot of same incidents happened. the people who returned the money usually get rewards after.^__^

That's a good thing happening in your country.. But in singapore, not matter how ple say that it's safe, when it comes to dropping things in the taxi, almost 90%, we can say goodbye to them.. LOL^_^ So if u were to get a taxi in singapore, remember to check all your belongings b4 u alight from the cab^_^ hehe

really? that's too bad. then i guess i have to be extra careful then. but i've been very careful since the day i lost my cellphone in a taxi back when i was in college. after that, i always take extra care of my things when riding a taxi.^__^

Yup, because a taxi is fast and there's only u in the taxi.. So if u were to drop things inside a taxi, nobody can look out for u, only the driver.. So when taking taxi, it's always better to check your belongings b4 alighting^_^

you're right. when i lost my cellphone before its because i wasn't used with having a cellphone. it was my first cellphone after all.^__^

hehe.. But so far, i haven lose my handphone, but lost my wallet once and my house keys once on the taxi.. LOL

you lost your keys once? that wouldn't happen to me because my keys are attached in my coin purse. and i wouldn't lose my wallet! aside from money i got my ID and atm card there.^__^

same here.. I also got my ID and my atm card plus all the other useless cards inside my wallet too, including cash.. hehe^_^ Keys lost is not so bad as there are so many houses and flats in singapore, so it wun be easy for them to find the correct one, unless i drop my ID together with my keys.. LOL^_^
And my keys are hooked to the belt on my pants.. so maybe i got stuck between the seats when i'm alighting from the cab and the keys got pulled out in the process.. hehe

but if you lost your keys they would be a hassle to you because you'd have to get replacements before you can open whatever it is they open, or you gonna have to destroy the lock and get new lock and keys. lot of trouble.^__^;;

As i din lose my keys in front of my house or somewhere near, so it's actually quite safe, need not change the lock just yet.. hehe^_^ BUt just to play safe, maybe a few months later, i will change the lock.. Right now is just the replacement of keys.. hehe

i guess security is not a worry where you live so that's why changing locks is not your priority? am i right?

Yup.. actually it's quite safe in singapore and though it's a small country, but it wun be easy for the someone who found my keys to be able to find my house^_^ LOL

it really seems that its safe to live in Singapore. reminds me, my plan on going there kept being postponed. i can't seem to find the time to go to the travel agency and get a ticket. thanks for the best response kun.

i was really supposed to. but things have gone differently. i couldn't fit a 3-day vacation into my schedule. i didn't had the time to buy tickets and prepare for my vacation. right now i haven't ironed out my plan yet.

as much as i want to have a longer vacation, i can't. i can't afford to absent from the office for several days. more absence means more deductions from my salary.

i've only worked here for three years only. i have to apply first for a permanent position and right now, i don't think i have the necessary qualifications yet to be permanent. i'm not hurrying up. i'm open for other jobs actually.^__^ i just have to find the right traveling agency so i can push through with my travel plans.

not really strict kun. there's no vacant permanent position yet that's why i can't apply. hmmm.. i don't know exactly how much but there are promotional tour packages. there's a promo which i can go there in Singapore with only at least US$200. but that would be only for 3 days and two nights. i haven't really made a full inquiry.

Looks like your company is really in demand, and alot of ple are fighting for a position there and dun wanna resign.. hehe^_^ 3days 2nights, is a little too short, maybe, 4 days 3 nights will be just nice.. hehe

not really in demand. more of lack of budget to fund the position. we don't have much money in our bureau. i'll look for tour packages that's longer than three days. i also want my vacation to be longer so i can maximize my airfare.

Or maybe u can fund it for yourself.. lol=P

Or ya, if u are booking hotels in singapore, try to avoid hotel 81 and fragrance hotel, as they belong mopre to those red light hotels, even though they are not all located in red light district^_^

BUt they are alot cheaper too.. hehe

Red light districts are those areas whereby prostitues frequent as well as guys looking for one.. hehe^_^

So if u dun wanna be mistaken for one or wanna be more safe, avoid all these hotels..

It's not me.. It's my fren whom has got the determination.. hehe:) It's polite and right to tell the person if u see them dropping the money, regardless how much it is.. But if u just find money money on the streets and u dunno who drop it, just spend it.. Money is meant to be spent anyway:) hehe

indeed money picked up is owned by you,while that extra money is neither due to your inherited wealth,nor hard working.in my opinion,only fortune is not reliable.if i get it by accident,i tend to distribute and share it with others immediately just as your mother says.

i regard it as a wisdom as it shows the life value,which i appreciate and stick to all the time.that's don't be clinging to something not belong you and pay more attention to the social wealth balance.
