This film is about a hero who fought against rulers who wanted to take over his country. He saved his country and fellow me from great danger.

What makes this movie so intense is the passion of the main character, Scottish rebel leader William Wallace, played by Mel Gibson, who put his heart and soul into this performance. A powerful story, great cinematography, excellent action scenes.An excellent film.One of my favorites too.

I agree. The film has good cinematics and background music. Although gory and bloody, I think it is filmed in such a way that managed to bring out the emotions and raw feelings. I really like it.
