I have Tuxedo that is male about 4 years old. He only comes inside to eat once a day and usually doesnt stay long.
I have Trouble a 2 year old male that stays inside most of the time. And we have caught him marking his territory-I hate that.
These two do not like to be around each other. Any suggestions?

First of all, I would suggest you get both of them neutered. That will put a stop to the marking of the territory. The next thing youc an do is to make sure that each cat has at least one room of the house that they can be in alone, so that they dont have to share space. Get a 2nd litter box and that sort of thing, it will help them to feel less crowded. Hope this helps you.

I agree. While you can't actually make them less territorial, cats are just that way. You can neuter them and make sure that they have their own space and that will cut done on the marking of territory. If that doesn't work, you can also purchase cat relaxation hormones that can be sprayed or plugged in like an air freshener that may calm the male that is marking territory. They usually only mark when they feel threaten, like in this case having another male in their territory.
