Finally getting SP tix!

Finally after 12 years of waiting, I will be seeing the Pumpkins live on March 31st in Brisbane! I am also seeing them the day before at the V festival (www.vfestival.com.au) but that will suck because there'll be too many people there and just won't be as intimate as a side show. I'm going to have to get to the venue hours earlier to line up so I can get front row standing position but I'm willing to line up for as long as it takes! I'm soo excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yay yay happy happy joy

Hey good for you!! I don't think I will ever see a Smashing Pumpkins concert ever. I see them on MTV and I think they are one of the better bands there is today. I'm an oldie and I prefer the oldies bands but I make an exception with a few bands who I think have talent and SP is one of them.

I was really exited about the Smashing Pumpkins being back together, I was really exited to see them, Then i bought the new album and hated it. Thie new stuff is rubbish, I love thier old stuff but now I cant stand them becuase they play the new stuff.

I saw the Pumpkins back in '97 and it was one of the most incredible shows I've ever seen. It was during the Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness tour. It was in a large arena so I wasn't close, but it was still intimate in a way because Billy really included the audience. I will never forget that show and I hope you have a good time!
