| | | | | | 1.  brimia (6205) | 10 months ago |  I like to make vegetable stir fry...frozen mixed vegs, garlic, onion, soy sauce, and oil.
I love veggie stews, especially with lentils and potatoes.
I make beans and rice too and pasta with marinara sauce.
It's not hard for my family because we're vegetarian:)

 spectrum42 (351) | 10 months ago |  Your vegetable stir fry sounds similar to mine. I like to use sesame oil for the flavor it adds. A little bit of fresh ginger is good too. Usually I sprinkle sliced almonds on top or throw in some cashews while it's all cooking.
