Share me your great biscuit recipe. How you do it?

Having biscuits for breakfast is famous here in east coast. I have tried some biscuits recipe and I just can't seem to get the fluffiness and softness like that of Bojangles for example. I do good my husband says, but I want to make it perfect as much as possible. I just follow that of Formula L biscuit mix recipe. If i can do it from scratch why not. So, how you do it?

A great recipe I got with my magic bullet is with bisquick mix. Its with the boxed cake mixes and brownies at the grocery store. I can mix the mix up, add shredded cheese and garlic and cook them in the toaster oven and they still turn out great.
