I was actually on their web site the other day, and was thinking of signing up for their food delivery program, but it is very expensive. I still may try it, but I decided for the cost of the food that they send, I could just make nutritious food for myself. I did find a site www.sparkpeople.com it is free to sign up, and it is an online community of people trying to lose weight. Check it out I got pretty motivated from it and have lost a few pounds, and I just signed up. Good luck with your weight loss goal.

Yeah I thought it was expensive too, but I don't really cook and to have all my food delivered, it think it might be worth it.

There are other good sites that do the same for you that are for free. That is why I wouldn't bother with e-diets.

I tried ediets years ago...I think I've tried every diet going!~ No kidding. Now, I've finally found something that I think will work for me for the rest of my life...yes, not a quick fix but a lifelong committment. www.lautz_tm.isagenix.com Nutritional Cleansing program. I've gone from a size 26 to an 18 since June and am healthier than I've been since I was in my 20's. While everyone around me has had the flu this season - I have been healthy. And believe me, that is a first! All th ebest with your weight loss journey.
