Can you transfer money from alertpay to bank account without being verified?

Does anyone know can you transfer little amounts of money from your alertpay account to you bank account without being verified? I am saying like around $100. I don't want to send them a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my proof of address that makes me to nervous. All you had to do on paypal to get verified was ad a credit card.

It would make me nervous too. It doesn't sounds good.
Means they can do simple fraud and take all money from your account instead of transfer money into your account.
