Yes, It is important to have a teamwork whether in business or during working hours. Teamwork is like playing basketball where all working togetherto win a game. If you have no teamwork you will not succeed at all.

Hello Cobalt! I totally agree with you because teamwork and cooperation are the keys to success. Now days people think that working together takes away from your independency but it really does. There are times where I'd rather work in a group and get the job done sooner than working alone. I mean if you can't learn to work on a team then perpare yourself for failure. So day down the way in life you are going to have to bulid theses skills if you plan on being successful.
