Only if the second-4th wives are widows, who he married in order to provide a home for them. And they have to be just and equal in every thing, every word, otherwise God says they had better not marry another. Sadly the Arabs just skip the part after "you van marry 4". Thankfully there are many secular Muslims who dont follow the outdated Arab Wahabis.
