No more TMK but whos is "tatoo guy"?

Yep, pretty sure that is in fact, one Doctor Ian Devlin. I thought we had a thread here that talked about those spoilers and very real possibility? Can't find it now, anyways. But I just have this sick feeling that Ian Devlin is about to unleash a reign of terror upon GH and Port Charles. Apparently Jerry Jacks will be redeemed in this story line though, as I have heard he will be revealed to be blackmailed or made to cooperate since he first set foot in 'Port Upchuck' in the hostage crisis. Will be interesting to see if this actually plays out or not, I have not been comfortable with the Ian character since he showed up either and maybe this is also colouring my vision as to the character/actor's supposed good looks and 'hotness' that I just can't see either. What does everyone else think?
