No, no, and no. The body does not need anything extra to clean it out. While the green tea is good for you, the colon cleanser is not needed, unless advise by your doctor.

I don't know but I use the green tea and it keeps you in the bathroom,if you use the colan cleaner let me know if it works I've been wanting to try it good luck

i read in some article recently that colon cleanser is good for as it usually helps people with big tummies.i have not use one but i do want to use.green tea has many beneficial effects,i heard especially on the heart.

Hi Marcia. I do use a colen clenser. It works very well, but I do not use it all the time, only when I need it. I have IBS and when I have a problem using the bathroom, I will take 2 of these pills, the next day, I will be cleaned out. I use Dr.Schultze's Intestinal Formula #1 You can get them on the internet they are $19.95 a bottle.But well worth it to me.They are a Herbal supplement. I have tried all differant things over the years, this is the only thing that has given me relief. It will help with the bloating stomach as well.
