Need a sturdy music player for practising song, can you suggest one

I am into singing ,and have to replay songs again and again while learning. My problem is that my expensive music player gives in, unable to withstand so much of replay. Do you know about any player which can play cassettes,cds,mp3s, and all that but remain sturdy inspite of playing it over again and again, and yes a budget one.
