Do you peel the apple?

I always peel my apple before eating it... although i am quite aware that the peel is the most nutritious part... but i don't like the taste that i leaves my tongue... and i am also afraid that there are still remnants for fertilizers used on the trees...

So eventhoug it is quite messy and time consuming... i peel my apples...

It's been ages that I have peeled an apple to eat it. I eat it with its skin on and I don't usually cut it either.

When, however, my partner was around, she sometimes used to peel the skin for us to eat. Then when she used to make fruit desserts, salad or something of that sort, she used to peel it. After her, I never did anything of that sort!

I dont peel the apple. I have not taught my kids also to eat apple after peeling the skin. Though it was difficult for the kids to eat it with the skin, when I explained that it is best for their health they too started eating the apple with the skin.

it depends on the apple. if it is my favorite, granny smith - I will peel it because I have a difficult time chewing the granny smith peel. most others I will eat the peel, but I do cut out bruised spots.

Hello dear youless. I used to peel apples, as I did not like the peel, but now I would like to eat the apple without peeling it. I know that the apple is said to be rich in vitamine in its skin and that it is better to eat the skin together with the apple. In fact I got to know this long ago, but as I was not used to it, I didn't eat it. Now I am getting used to it since it is good to us. Thanks.

i'm too lazy to peel it, hence i always eat it with peel. however i hear from someone that we'd better to peel it in case that we take in pesticide leftover on apple peel at the same time.

it depends on my mood, i sometimes don't like the taste of the apple skin so i peel it before eating, but when the apple is fresh, red and very crunchy i love to eat even the skin so i just slice them and eat together with the skin,.

I'm fine with eating apples either with or without the peel. When I get the apple from the fridge, I usually just wash it and start biting into it. But if somebody already prepares it peeled, I'm also fine with it.

i like apple with skin,And it has more vitamins if an apple is eaten with skin.

Unfortunately I have to peel the apples I get here because if I eat the skin, it makes my tongue itch.So whenever I have apples these days they are peeled and sliced and baked in a pie.
