I am partial to action movies. I like a good science fiction as well. My favorit movie or television show is Stargate SG1. This is a science fiction show that was on television for ten years. They are now making a made for dvd movie based on this show. There movie is schedualed to be released in May. This is a show that has very good plots and scripts. You will find that there is a character in the show that you can relate to. I have all ten seasons of this show on dvd so I can drive everyone in my family nuts. They say I watch them at least once a week. I love the show. My husbands favorit movie is Star Trek. He likes the movie that has both Captain Kirk and Captain Picard in it. It is not a bad movie but I can not for the life of me think of the name of the darn movie. Ok the name of the movie is Star Trek Generations. This movie has action as well as interesting characters. Woopie Goldburg is in this movie also. We just watched it last night. My daughter's favorit movie is Buffy the Vampire slayer. This was not only a movie but a television series that was on for five or seven years. I can't remember. My daughter has all the seasons on dvd so she can watch them when she wants. I can remember when the show first came out my daughter was about twelve and she would not miss it. She is now seventeen and she still loves this show and watches it when she can. My family is not big on animated movies. We watch a few but not too many. It is very seldom that you will find any of us watching a love story or what is called a chic flick. We all like lots of action and my husband and daughter like the bloody movies as well.

I love sci-fi, action, war and medieval themed movies. Lord of the Rings is number one on my list, followed by the Matrix, Armageddon, Band of Brothers and many more.
