Anyone watch the show Airline? I believe it's on the Biography channel.

I've recently begun watching this show. Kind of one of those shows I listen too while on the computer. I'll watch it if something is interesting on it. My question is this. Is it just me or does it seem very common for airlines to overbook flights? How is this even possible? It's computerized isn't it? Then how can it be so often. I understand once in a while but it seems like it all of the time.
