can u tell me that it is alright to tell our personal thing with a stranger through the net. thank u..

It is not always safe to tell your personal information to strangers. Many times, there is what we call identity theft. Never give your personal information unless you trust the other person!

It is definitely not a desirable attitude. What good it makes? Is that person coming down to your place to solve your problem, or do you think he is sincerely trying to find solutions. A strager is a stranger and I would not do such a thing. I do not wish to tell anything about me or my family to a stranger in my city or stranger found in the net.
