I can't call myself a rational decision maker because usually I take decisions when I am in emotion. I know that dicisions taken in emotions will not to materialise in total but I am unable to stop that. Now I am switched to act differently that though I take decisions I will implement the decisions after a day's thinking.
What about you?

If I made decisions based upon my emotions id be a very miserable person. Their are times when my friends or boyfriends do something to make me so mad I just feel like breaking it off, and just writing them out of my life. So when something reall upsets me, I take myself out of the siuation until I have time to let myself calm down, then I figure out a rational solution to my dilemma. We tend to get fired up when we get upset, and to make a decision right away based upon emotions, wed probably really regret it.

I guess with age you become a rational decision maker, and sometimes it takes the fun out of life. I do miss the impetuosity of emotional decision making. And a lot of times, the rational is just safe and boring! Oh well!

80% rational & 20% emotional
the best way to make a decision (in my opinion) is to become rational based with the accumulated facts, but you cannot disregard the factor of emotion, depending on the situation that needs emotional basis. family involvement is one situation where emotional desicion making is needed.
but in professionalism purely rational desicion making.
