how to be closer in different people?

How would you know if You are already connected to someone? usually we don't know how to get along with different people that surrounds us. I wanna know if there a process or things we should do for us to a friend. how could we treasure that person even if we have a bunch of friends around there? do anyone will came in just a glance? or will have a magical entry to your life? do any one experience that?

If you believe in miracle then yes a magical person gives a magical entry suddenly in our life..But actually our mind ponders or would be a constant search for someone who can be sort of complete for us..So we keep looking around for that person ..sometimes you look for person who can get sync with your personality ...I have all friends who are really magical to me...
