disturbing cellphones!

I used to bring cellphones while Im at work, but everytime there's a call or text messages my cp receive, it disturbs my work for I can't help looking at it. So what I did I gave my CP to my daughter. But she is not allowed to bring it in her school. You, do you sometimes find your CP disturbing?

Lord no im a cell phone addict........ I text all day at my work but i have a desk job. I had to upgrade my txt plan to unlimited becasue i text over 3000 text a month LOL Im not supose to talk on my cell at work so i text people to talk all day I keep it on Vibrate so it doesnt disturb anyone in my office
