We separated for a few days but for the most part he was very strong for me. I couldn't drive so he took me where I needed to go. He got my daughter to help him with the house chores. You do anything for the one you love.
He asked me the other day if he were to ever go blind, would I take him fishing. I hate fishing with a passion but I wouldn't hesitate to take him every day he asked to go.
I guess thats why this movie is so near and dear to me.

After a while everything they do can be iritating. The things we once thought were cute, are no longer cute. This type of repediveness would drive most people insane after a while. It would take someone with a lot of patients to deals with a situation like this.
I loved the way he left a tape of her life to refresh her memory every day. This probably took a lot of the stress away for both of them.

Don't get me wrong.. I like Adam Sandler and Drew Barrimore but the whole movie was pure Hollywood. They could've done it better. With a story like this and a better work on the plot it could've been an extraordinary movie.. maybe an evergreen like dirty dancing or so.
