Have you ever heard of Bsalsa.com browser?

I asked this in a differnet group but no one could help me, so I try here. I have, what is apparently called Bsalsa.com - which is some kind of browser. I dont' know where I got it, i only use IE6. Skuttlebut elsewhere says it is a common browser that 'automatically" attaches itself to IE and does things like track your activity and do ads and pop ups. Additional skuttlebutt says that the "remove" tool on their site is a joke and not only doesnt' remove it, but adds to it! I want to delete this as it is stopping communication with some sites I work with... at least they say that might be the problem. So.. anyone here know about this or how to go to uninstall it? I have googled "remove bsalsa.com" "uninstall bsalsa.com" and found no answers, but I did find my post to MyLot!! So.. any suggestions? Only one I got was to uninstall IE^ and then reinstall and that might delete it. But i dont' know how to do that - sounds scary. Any help anyone?
