do you regu larly check you blood pressure??

yes, 2 times a week. i have my BP for monitoring due to high blood pressure or possible hypertension. i have my morning meds to take with it. :) i am on a diet now and will probably eat less and lesser meat as the time goes by.

Whew! I cant help but give a little thought about this. The last time I remember that I had my blood pressure check up was the time that I gave birth to my youngest daughter. But I know how to get the blood pressure, I always check the blood pressure of my father and my mother. Maybe it's just that they don't know how to get it, thats why I never had the chance to let them get it for me.

Hello dear vanities. I do not check my blood pressure and have checked only a few times to find that it was normal when being checked. But I think that you are quite right that we check our blood pressure every day to see how our blood pressure is going on so that we know more of our health. Yes I do check it fairly regularly. There are quite a few places we can do that. My hubby and I check ours in Wal-Mart. The doctor also checks it when we are there. So far we are both doing well with no reason for concern. We also monitor our cholesterol as well. We eat healthy...but are a little lax on the regular exercise. However, we have a split level house with a lot of stairs...and that does count the doctor says. Once summer comes we are a lot more active. Good post...keeps people mindful. Raia
