Yes.. thats right.. MOANday. As I am a Customer service rep, I am sitting on the phone ready to tear my hair out. Dealing with people that don't listen, don't understand, talk over me when they ask me a question... AAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH
So I just wondered if it was a full moon, or if EVERYONE has a case of the MOANdays?

LOL Were you talking to my boss. I hate when he has problems with stuff because I can always hear him talking over the poor rep he gets connected to and of course he doesn't listen!

LOL My boss does BS like that to everyone. We actually have 2-3 people at work in the process of finding new jobs right now. I am quitting in the summer.

I probably was .. was he telling me I was stupid and I didn't know what I was talking about?? That's my main pet peeve. People calling a company for the very first time, not knowing what to expect, then arguing with the operator when we try to explain the way things are.
Thanks for the laugh :)

Well.. I have started collecting bail money to help you after your neighbors stereo is in a billion pieces. Though I hope it didn't come to that cause I was only able to collect 2 pennies, some pocket lint, and a crumpled up old (used?) tissue. I hope all is well now.
Thanks for letting me know I am not alone

I used to be in customer service myself. Then I was promoted to supervisor, and then recently was promoted so that I work on the business side, instead of customer service. I remember though Mondays were horrible when I was on the phones. It seemed like people were waiting all weekend to call, and they wanted to call in first thing MOANday morning, and harass the representatives LOL I really dont understand why people are rude to the representatives. I mean people are much more willing to help another person if they are not being yelled at right? Just keep at it, and in time I am sure that you will be promoted out of the call center, and towards something that you may have more interest in. Hey who knows maybe one day we will work together LOL.

It's funny.. I have been a CSR at that place for 8 years. Been passed up for a promotion for a different dept. 5 times. All because of office politics.. so I have given up on the promotion dream. But since I have been a CSR for so long.. I am a LOT more lenient on other companys' CSR.. I know it it not their fault I am having an issue with their company. I try to be patient.. but I will usually tell the rep right at the top of the call... "I am not taking this out on you.. I just need to vent.. I promise I won't swear or be disrespectful towards you.. is this ok?? Most of the time I get a laugh.. then they tell me go ahead.. once i get it all out.. i feel better.. and usually.. they can help me
